I absolutely love the pancit at Red Dragon. I haven't had a chance to try it because I usually forget until I'm almost there. It takes about 45 mins for them to cook it. They have crispy Pata but you have to call ahead. However, the lady behind the counter could. Frankly, I was not planning on coming back. The first time I was disappointed by the sight and selection of the food.
